If you suffer an injury on duty, (IOD) you need help right away. Help with your pyhsical injury and
help with the many technicalities on the paperwork you'll need to complete. The BTOBA will help you secure your medical treatment,
compensation payments and fulfill the Authority's requirements for all of the above. Please notify your facility
delegate immediately whenever you are injured even if you don't lose any time from work and especially if you do lose
time. Please contact the BTOBA if you have any questions concerning your rights, procedures and policy
regarding any IODs.
